The registration procedure changes depending on whether you are registering for a program or a course. (Before proceeding with these steps, please make sure you first meet the admissions criteria.)

Programs (Credit)

To register, students must first attend an information session for their program of choice.

Students are required to bring certain documents to information sessions.

Students must bring the following documents:

  • Québec Diploma of Secondary Studies or a High School Leaving Certificate or equivalent and College/University transcripts or “évaluation comparative” that you may have.
  • Curriculum Vitae

And one of the following documents:

  • Official Québec Birth Certificate
  • Official Canadian Birth Certificate and valid Québec Medicare Card
  • Canadian Citizenship Card and valid Québec Medicare Card
  • Permanent Resident Card and valid Certificate of Selection of Québec (CSQ) if you have one, or valid Québec Medicare card
  • Valid Student Visa

Courses (Non-Credit)

Students may either register by telephone, or visit the Continuing Education office in person. Registration for the Summer 2017 semester begins Monday, april 3, 2017 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.

Students should have the following information available.

  • Champlain College Saint-Lambert Student I.D. number (returning students)
  • The listed file number(s) for course(s) you wish to register for
  • Your credit card number and expiry date
    • If you do not wish to use a credit card, you can still register by telephone, however, you will have 3 working days to come to the Continuing Education office to make your payment.
