This course focuses on strength training for all major muscle groups.  There are three components to each class:  starting with a variety of aerobic warm-up techniques, followed by resistance training, (including machines and free weights) and ending with extensive core and flexibility training. This course will push you a little harder by featuring more advanced strength and conditioning exercises, for a great overall workout. All fitness levels will benefit.
