Looking to develop your English Second Language skills this summer? This course offers a unique approach to meet the needs of students aged 15 and over. We offer a learning environment in which students practice their conversation, writing, listening and reading skills with English trainers.

Weight Training Fitness

This course focuses on strength training all major muscle groups.  There are three components to each class:  starting with a variety of aerobic warm-up techniques, followed by resistance training, and ending with extensive core and flexibility training.
