English Second Language (Beginner to Advanced)
This course is designed for a wide range of students: from those that have a basic knowledge of English and who wish to improve conversational skills, to those that are looking to master comprehension, pronunciation, in-depth grammatical structures.
Weight Training Fitness
This course focuses on strength training all major muscle groups. There are three components to each class: starting with a variety of aerobic warm-up techniques, followed by resistance training, and ending with extensive core and flexibility training.
